Adam is president of Western Land Group, Inc., a Denver-based public lands consulting firm specializing in real estate transactions with public land management agencies throughout the United States. Since joining WLG in 1987, Adam has completed dozens of land exchanges and direct purchases/sales with the US Forest Service, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, and a host of States for a wide variety of WLG clients. Adam has also participated in drafting rules and regulations pertaining to Federal land exchanges and is a regular instructor at Federal lands staff training programs. Prior to working with WLG, Adam worked for a private developer and held several positions with government agencies including the Colorado Department of Natural Resources, the Colorado Department of Highways and the North Carolina Land Policy Council.

Adam is a licensed real estate broker and holds Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When not working, Adam and his wife spend time outdoors cycling, skiing, gardening and traveling the world.
