The Village Center will be ground zero for retail and restaurant activity. Located around the base of the existing Alberta Lift and the base of the planned Waterfall Lift, this area will truly be a mix of the high end establishments, but also a variety of unique artists shops, food outlets, and unique retail stores. There will be a variety of entertainment venues, for the young and old and with attractions for all ages and income groups.

This area must appeal to and attract non Village resident skiers and non Village area visitors and timeshare guests, who descend into the Village as well as on the slopes, as the “drop in” visits of the high hotel and condo tourists who will be drawn to the action and a good time, and the Ski Area.
