History
A review of the history of the Village at Wolf Creek is the key to understanding
many factors that have combined to create the extraordinary opportunity
for investors, entrepreneurs, tenants, residents and visitors to the Village
at Wolf Creek and in the future.
Entitlements:
The owners and most knowledgeable observers
of the Village are of the opinion that the successful accumulation of
key governmental entitlements in the 1980 and mid 1990 period, has provided
the Village with the governmental entitlement base that permits the Village
to achieve, in the current era, Mineral County Final Plat approval, United
States Forest Service additional and improved access and utility easements,
US Corps of Engineers Wetlands approvals, Water Court and Water Supply,
CDOT Road Access permit and other key governmental entitlements.
Summary:
Because of this testimony of approvals and contractual agreements, the
Village is uniquely positioned to move ahead, with conditional rights
from Mineral County and right to develop and market the Village at Wolf
Creek—and with a minimum of future governmental regulation so long
as the Village meets all commitments to the high environmental and building
standards.
