The Village will sponsor an aggressive timeshare marketing development sales program as a Joint Venture partner with one or more of the nation's strongest timeshare development and marketing entities, making the Village one the largest timeshare locations in the country.

We are currently looking for entrepreneurs who would like to open commercial operations in the Village. The retail part of the village will include boutiques, restaurants, galleries, bars, mom and pop shop, and many more.
