With this in mind The Village is sponsoring an aggressive timeshare marketing development and sales program as a Joint Venture partner with one or more of the Nations strongest timeshare development and marketing entities. This will make the Village one the largest timeshare locations in the Country. The Village is ideally positioned to take advantage of the substantial growth in this industry and to assure substantial Village occupancy, activity, and clientele year round for Village restaurants, retailers and all Village businesses.
