We intend to phase the development upon true demand at a pace that is harmonious with the environment.

The Village at Wolf Creek is designed adjacent to the Wolf Creek Ski Area on the Continental Divide. This area in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado is nestled in the middle of one of the nation's largest and most attractive recreational public land areas, (4,500,000 acres of high mountain forest and public lands) next to one of Colorado's most pristine and beautiful mountain lakes.

Wolf Creek offers skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports and activities in the finest snow environment in this country, as well as year-round opportunities for guests, families and friends to easily find their own level of adventure. This mountain experience will be further expanded and enhanced by the beautiful land, snowcapped peaks, rushing streams, scenic mountain lakes, not to mention the finest experiences in trout fishing, hiking and nature walks.
